Description

You will own the operational heartbeat of our field programs, handling planning, logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-through. You'll partner with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing to translate GTM strategy into detailed project plans, ensuring every activation is set up for impact.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in field marketing, event marketing, program coordination, or project/operations
  • Experience managing logistics, timelines, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Exceptionally organized with clarity across tasks and people
  • High-energy, proactive operator spotting gaps early
  • Comfortable interfacing with sales, SDR, marketing, leadership, and partners

Responsibilities

  • Project manage field programs end-to-end (timelines, milestones, risks)
  • Manage event logistics: vendors, contracts, booth assets, swag, collateral
  • Ensure pre-event alignment: target lists, messaging, SDR follow-up plans
  • Support event budget and ROI reporting with KPI queries and scorecards
  • Run post-event workflows: follow-ups, reporting, touch tracking
