💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy network infrastructure for Waymo's autonomous fleet operations. You'll architect scalable solutions and ensure high availability across distributed sites. This role offers hands-on impact on cutting-edge autonomous driving technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and review Engineering Design Plans for network sites.
• Deploy and configure firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Monitor network performance dashboards and resolve issues.
• Provide Tier 2 support and escalate complex network events.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure management and service delivery.
• 5+ years in LAN, WAN, WLAN, and mobility wireless design.
• 5+ years in network capacity planning and security principles.
• Working knowledge of current network hardware and protocols.

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with network automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
