You'll join the Strategy Business Performance team at Stripe, acting as the connective tissue across the company. You will own critical metrics and lead high-stakes interventions to unblock key goals. This role offers a front-row seat to company operations and a direct hand in shaping strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain key performance metrics for in-year performance
• Lead surge projects to diagnose and unblock critical goals
• Translate long-horizon corporate theses into operational reality
• Prepare CEO/COO-level materials synthesizing unstructured signals

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product/data analytics or strategic business performance
• Experience in Product Strategy or owning a P&L
• Deep curiosity about business models and data
• Proven track record of driving business growth through analytical insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Payments ecosystem or fintech experience
• Technical proficiency in SQL/Python/R
• Experience facilitating senior leadership meetings
