💼 About This Role

You'll lead product-led optimization of Okta's global Workday Payroll platform, driving automation and efficiency across People, Payroll, IT, and Finance. You'll act as a consultant and architect, transforming the employee experience through innovative technical products. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on product vision and roadmap for Workday Payroll.
• Partner with People, Payroll, and Finance to translate business needs into requirements.
• Lead design and implementation of integration solutions using PECI, PICOF, and Studio.
• Manage full product lifecycle for payroll integrations from discovery to sunsetting.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Workday Payroll configurations and integrations.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday Payroll objects such as GL, Paycodes, Taxes.
• Strong command of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Advanced capability in building custom Workday reports, dashboards, and hubs.

• Knowledge in other Workday modules like Extend, Time Tracking, Absence.
• Workday Certifications in Payroll or Absence or Time Tracking.
