💼 About This Role

You'll advise public companies on SEC reporting obligations and corporate governance as part of a collaborative Corporate Department at an AmLaw 100 firm. You'll draft periodic reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including Form 10-Ks and Form 10-Qs, and handle securities offerings. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Draft periodic reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
  • Advise public companies on SEC reporting obligations
  • Handle filings under the Securities Act of 1933
  • Advise on corporate governance and stock exchange listing requirements

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience with federal and state securities laws
  • Experience drafting periodic reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
  • Experience with SEC reporting obligations of directors, officers, and shareholders
  • Admitted and in good standing with local state bar or eligible to waive in
