💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting to prepare for the company's first external audit and public market entry. Your work will directly impact S-1 preparation and GAAP compliance while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation including revenue recognition
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Oversee external audit process ensuring readiness and compliance
• Establish public-company workflows, controls, and reporting standards

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting or financial reporting experience
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch
