Description

You will own the technical architecture and integrations for Workday and other HR systems, designing backend solutions, automating workflows, and ensuring security and compliance to support Netskope's growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Enterprise Systems Engineering or HRIS Administration
• Deep technical knowledge of Workday integrations, Security, and Reporting
• Experience with Workday Studio and iPaaS tools (Workato or similar)
• Proficiency in SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP), PGP encryption, and SFTP
• Familiarity with Okta lifecycle management, SSO, SAML, and SCIM

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical IT lead for Workday integration design, testing, and troubleshooting
• Lead bi-annual Workday releases with regression testing and optimization
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT, and Orchestrate
• Architect cross-platform workflows via iPaaS solutions like Workato
• Manage SSO/SAML configurations and SCIM provisioning with Okta
