You'll ensure top-quality standards for autonomous surface vessels across shipyard operations. You'll inspect fabrication, welding, and systems integration, driving process improvements and compliance with military and industry standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols for shipyard processes
• Conduct inspections of welding, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Support harbor and sea trial activities for system readiness
• Maintain records and report on quality performance and nonconformances

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in quality engineering in shipbuilding or defense
• Strong understanding of shipyard fabrication processes and inspection tools
• Experience with ISO 9001 and maritime compliance standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced certifications like AWS, ASQ, or NDT Level II/III
• Experience with ABS, US Navy, and maritime standards
