You'll handle a $10M ARR portfolio of enterprise TMT customers, acting as their trusted advisor to ensure adoption, value realization, and growth. Your primary objective is to execute the customer success strategy, secure renewals, and identify expansion opportunities. This role offers the chance to work with Fortune 50 clients and a leading AI-infused planning platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle a portfolio of enterprise customers with ~$10M ARR
- Act as primary customer contact and trusted advisor
- Monitor customer adoption and build action plans
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management or client services
- Experience in business planning including annual operating plans
- Strong project and program management experience
- Ability to present to customer executives and stakeholders
