💼 About This Role

You'll co-design and operationalize agentic AI workflows that remove manual toil across Xero. You'll lead delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery to production, creating the blueprint for safe, effective automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on AI agents using Claude, Gemini, and MCP
• Integrate AI with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite
• Develop reusable automation patterns for a future AI Centre of Excellence
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI-native workflow safety

📋 Requirements

• Experience building applications/automations in production with APIs and cloud infra
• Hands-on delivery of AI solutions like agents, copilots, or RAG with LLMs (Claude, Gemini)
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript; comfortable with SDKs and webhooks
• Systems-thinking to design agents with security, auditability, and controlled blast radius

• Experience as a natural coach in AI fluency
