You'll analyze project plans and specifications to generate cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You'll bid on projects, negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, and support project managers with change orders. You'll work in a team-oriented environment using specialized estimating software like Accubid and LiveCount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare RFIs for bid document conflicts.
• Develop itemized costs using Accubid, Enterprise, and LiveCount software.
• Create quantitative counts for Bill of Material letters to suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineers on BIM layouts and mark up drawings in Bluebeam Revu.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Estimator.
• Knowledge of estimating software like Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount.
• Ability to read specifications and trade drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in residential and commercial electrical estimating.
• Familiarity with building codes and electrical codes.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu for drawing markup.
