Requirements

• 3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth SaaS or tech startup
• Proven track record hiring technical and GTM roles across EMEA, AMER, and APAC
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
• Strong written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job briefing to offer stage
• Use AI-powered sourcing tools to attract diverse talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring teams on best practices and structured interviewing
• Contribute to building scalable hiring processes and staying ahead of industry trends
