You'll build a group-wide accounting structure for a rapidly scaling international organization. You'll standardize financial reporting and ensure audit-ready compliance across multiple entities. This role combines technical expertise with strategic process design in a PE-backed environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and standardize a group-wide chart of accounts (CoA).
• Implement unified accounting policies and governance frameworks.
• Support integration of acquired companies into reporting structure.
• Harmonize accounting standards across multiple jurisdictions.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Strong experience in group accounting or audit in multi-entity orgs
• Solid knowledge of HGB and/or IFRS accounting standards
• Experience in post-merger integration or buy-and-build environments
