Description

You will lead the transformation of Gusto's benefits administration platform, owning post-selection workflows like carrier implementation, enrollment fulfillment, and customer visibility. You'll drive strategy, define product direction, and collaborate cross-functionally to build a differentiated PEO offering for SMBs.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with ownership of complex platforms
• Fluency in AI tools and ability to integrate them into workflows
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in benefits, HR, or PEO domain preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy for benefits operations platform
• Define north star and identify highest-leverage investments
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, CX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
• Accelerate execution by stepping into high-priority gaps
• Drive research, customer positioning, and product direction
