You'll manage a senior accountant and support strategic decisions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Hybrid role based in Berlin with extended hours during closing periods.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
• Oversee local tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting
• Supervise treasury activities and transfer pricing
• Manage and mentor a senior accountant

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3-5+ years in a supervisory accounting role
• German GAAP reporting experience

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification
• Experience with IFRS or international groups
