💼 About This Role

You'll assemble and test electronic boards and prototypes in the hardware team at TRACTIAN. You'll support engineers with diagnostics and ensure quality in the development cycle. Hands-on work with PCB assembly and testing is key.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble and test electronic boards on SMD line and prototyping.
• Perform rework of SMD and through-hole components.
• Support engineers in diagnostics and functional tests.
• Document failures, reworks, and test results.

📋 Requirements

• Completed technical degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• Hands-on experience in PCB assembly and testing.
• Skills in manual soldering and rework of SMD and PTH components.
• Familiarity with multimeter and other measurement instruments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SMD production lines and equipment.
• Background in R&D environments with rapid prototyping.
• Basic English for technical reading.
