Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, overseeing vehicle movement and repairs to meet production and quality goals. Your role includes coaching, development, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Effective communication and delegation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center for repairs
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly production and quality goals
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and safety procedures
• Identify and approve/repair mechanical and physical defects
