You'll manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via tele-health. As part of a team transforming primary care, you'll collaborate with colleagues and supervise NPs or PAs. This role offers continuous learning through weekly clinical rounds and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct tele-health visits
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
