Description

You will build and maintain the analytics data stack, define metrics, and enable self-serve analytics for teams across the company using tools like dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in analytics engineering or related field
• Strong SQL expertise and experience with large-scale datasets
• Hands-on experience with dbt in production (CI, testing, documentation)
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Experience building semantic layers and enabling self-serve BI (Looker, Sigma, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize analytics data stack (ELT pipelines, dimensional models, semantic layers) using dbt, Snowflake, Airflow
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance to define metrics and enable self-serve analytics
• Own and evolve core data models and pipelines for dashboards and reporting
• Apply best practices for data testing, observability, and CI/CD
• Mentor team members on data modeling and engineering-first analytics
