Description

You will coordinate schedules and provide real-time operational support for live sporting events, ensuring a high-quality viewer experience at Roku, the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital media or streaming operations
• 1–3 years of experience supporting live online video workflows with signal acquisition and SCTE-based signaling
• Experience managing linear programming schedules and EPGs
• Familiarity with metadata concepts and feed formats (e.g., XML, JSON)
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate between technical and business contexts

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and operational readiness for live sporting events with internal teams and content partners
• Provide real-time operational support for multiple concurrent live streaming events
• Own Tier-1 live events end-to-end, ensuring a high-quality viewer experience
• Manage task execution across production teams, service partners, and supporting engineers during live events
• Produce post-event reports and operational summaries for Live Operations leadership
