🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hiring teams to source, screen, interview, and present offers
• Manage performance, coaching, and formal improvement plans

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of loan processing experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing team
• Proven history of managing projects from ideation to execution
• Ability to write effective policies and procedures
