You'll serve as the day-to-day HR resource for leaders and employees in Engineering and Support, helping people navigate processes. You'll partner on employee relations, performance management, and engagement to build a fair and scalable culture. This role offers the chance to shape HR programs from scratch at a growing startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as HR resource for leaders and employees in assigned departments
- Partner on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, leave, offboarding
- Contribute to building HR programs, processes, and documentation
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-growing organization
- Experience navigating HRIS systems (Rippling preferred)

- Multi-state employment law knowledge
- Experience supporting technical or operations teams
