You'll lead the team at an Insomnia Cookies location in Raleigh, NC, driving cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff
• Lead service components including food quality and customer service
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts (Thu-Sun)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and applicant tracking systems
