💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical vision for infrastructure at Aisle, an AI-powered vulnerability remediation startup. You'll lead a team to design for BYOC models and achieve FedRAMP authorization, enabling secure deployments in critical infrastructure environments. This role offers the chance to build a world-class infrastructure organization from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the technical vision for infrastructure supporting 10x growth
• Lead and scale the infrastructure engineering team
• Architect for FedRAMP compliance and authorization
• Optimize cloud spend and implement FinOps practices
• Establish and report on SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing engineering teams
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS ecosystems
• Experience leading organizations through FedRAMP or similar certifications
