You'll join Agicap, a fast-growing European fintech, to build and scale treasury management solutions. You'll turn ambiguous business needs into robust, observable software using DDD and hexagonal architecture. This role offers full remote flexibility within a team that values pragmatic quality and production impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clarify problems with PM and Design to refine hypotheses
• Design and implement features in a production product
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions for scalability
• Monitor production and improve reliability

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong experience with TypeScript/Node.js/NestJS
• Proven ability to choose test types based on risk
• Understanding and appreciation of Continuous Delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular or frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with DDD/Hexagonal/CQRS/event-driven patterns
• Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL
