You'll support a high-performing B2B sales team by identifying inefficiencies, designing improvements, and implementing AI-powered tools to help the team work smarter. You'll gain hands-on exposure to sales operations and process optimization in a mission-driven tech company.

- Audit sales workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Design and implement process improvements to boost rep productivity
- Research and evaluate AI tools for sales use cases
- Support ad hoc research, data pulls, and project execution
๐ Requirements
- Pursuing or completed degree in business, marketing, operations, or related field
- Junior or senior undergraduate standing at minimum
- Genuine interest in sales and go-to-market strategy
- Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for business applications

- Prior exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with prompt engineering or building AI-assisted workflows
- Previous internship in sales, ops, or strategy
