  • Audit sales workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Design and implement process improvements to boost rep productivity
  • Research and evaluate AI tools for sales use cases
  • Support ad hoc research, data pulls, and project execution

  • Pursuing or completed degree in business, marketing, operations, or related field
  • Junior or senior undergraduate standing at minimum
  • Genuine interest in sales and go-to-market strategy
  • Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for business applications

  • Prior exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with prompt engineering or building AI-assisted workflows
