Description

You will provide first-line IT support to employees locally and remotely, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage technical onboarding and offboarding processes including account setup and access provisioning. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in a security-conscious, fast-moving environment with a focus on work-life balance.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of end-user IT support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Slack
  • Basic understanding of IDP, Active Directory, and MDM services
  • Understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English and Hebrew

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees locally and remotely
  • Troubleshoot hardware, SaaS tools, software, network, and VPN issues
  • Set up and maintain employee devices and accounts using MDM and IDP tools
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including orientation sessions
  • Maintain meeting room technology and IT asset inventory
