💼 About This Role

You'll support building systems operations for ABM, a leading integrated facility solutions provider. You'll maintain and repair HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. BOMA Certification is required for this union position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, heaters, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain electrical power distribution, lighting, and control components.
• Respond to customer requests and submit/close work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer specifications.

📋 Requirements

• BOMA Certification
• Formal knowledge of HVAC components (VAVs, air-handlers, pumps, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Highest level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer or HVAC

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 Certified
• Computer skills and building automation systems experience
