Description

You will be responsible for kernel and driver-level system development for embedded payment platforms, working with cross-functional teams on hardware bring-up, debugging, and performance tuning. You'll design and maintain drivers and Android services meeting reliability and security requirements, perform code reviews, and manage defect resolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years working with mobile or connected devices
• Experience with automated testing, build systems, and inter-component communication protocols (GPIO, SPI, I2C)
• Proficiency in C/C++
• Familiarity with C memory manipulation (Linux kernel driver perspective)
• Knowledge of operating systems (Android, embedded Linux, RTOS)

Responsibilities

• Bring up new devices and lead debugging and performance tuning
• Design, implement, and maintain drivers and Android services
• Analyze bug reports and manage defect resolution
• Perform code reviews
• Work with QA to ensure appropriate test cases
