Description

You will embed with clients to solve problems ranging from commercial strategy and go-to-market design to operating model transformation and organizational change, working hands-on to develop and implement real solutions. Deployments vary across long-term partnerships, multiple shorter engagements, or internal strategic challenges.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in management consulting or equivalent roles at enterprise technology or SaaS companies
• Experience in at least two of: GTM strategy, pipeline development, pricing, competitive analysis, organizational design, operating model transformation, change management
• Track record of building structured arguments and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Comfort with both commercial strategy and operational redesign
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and bias toward action

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new solutions and offerings
• Build business cases for new investments with market sizing and revenue modeling
• Design pricing strategies using cost modeling and value-based frameworks
• Lead organizational assessments and design target-state operating models
• Develop ways-of-working frameworks and support technology rollouts
