You'll create and maintain CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication, interpreting blueprints and reverse engineering parts. Collaborate with clients' engineering teams to optimize production. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a 1st shift schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Program and maintain CNC programs for client parts
• Interpret engineering blueprints to create flat pattern layouts
• Select machines, tools, and materials for cost-effective production
• Prepare detailed work instructions and setup sheets

📋 Requirements

• Min 3 years programming CNC Punch Press for sheet metal
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks for sheet metal fabrication
• Ability to write, edit, and troubleshoot G-Codes
• Knowledge of CAMWorks and computerized nesting software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience programming CNC Laser
• Engineering background with strong mechanical aptitude
