• Ship production-ready code daily and eliminate architectural bottlenecks

• Design and scale data infrastructure using Python, ClickHouse, and Airflow

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience building and recruiting high-performing engineering teams as a Director or VP of Engineering
• Deep expertise in data infrastructure, including large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and columnar storage
• Pragmatic builder mindset with preference for shipping working software over long-term planning

• Experience with cloud financial data or FinOps
• Background in columnar storage solutions like ClickHouse
