You'll be the welcoming face of our Winchester office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a world-class experience for agents. Your core impact is supporting agents with Compass tools, marketing requests, and office needs. This role is 100% in-office in Winchester, MA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and manage office appearance and supplies
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology adoption
• Create marketing collateral from templates and liaise with specialists
• Troubleshoot technology and conference room hardware issues

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in customer service, office management, or hospitality
• Previous experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in-office during standard hours
