💼 About This Role

You'll shape biologics drug discovery programs at a TechBio company leveraging single-cell multi-omics and machine learning. You'll drive end-to-end candidate progression from target validation to IND-enabling studies, working in interdisciplinary teams. This role offers the chance to define how medicines are discovered.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply biologics drug discovery knowledge to shape program plans and modality choice.
• Drive biologics programs end-to-end from target validation to candidate selection.
• Design discovery packages combining cell-based assays and biophysical characterization.
• Manage external CRO workstreams and ensure data quality and timelines.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related life-science discipline.
• Hands-on drug discovery experience in pharma or biotech with biologics progression.
• Deep working knowledge of biologics drug discovery and modality landscape.
• CRO management experience across biologics drug discovery activities.

• Experience with ML and computational approaches in biologics discovery.
• Track record of mentoring junior scientists.
