You will deliver instructor-led training for entry-level to mid-level IT Support careers. You'll handle daily instruction, assessment, tutoring, and student progress monitoring, while maintaining curriculum materials and LMS records.

Requirements

1-3 years of teaching or training experience
Proficient understanding of IT support fundamentals (hardware, software, networking)
Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux
Experience troubleshooting common IT issues
Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training for IT Support careers
Conduct daily instruction, assessment, and one-on-one tutoring
Monitor and evaluate individual student progress
Collaborate with the team to support student needs and create individualized plans
Maintain Salesforce/LMS with grades and progress notes
