Description
You will manage and optimize Private Marketplace (PMP) deals within PubMatic's ecosystem, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and performance. Leveraging AI-powered analytics, you'll troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, generate insights, and drive actionable recommendations for global clients.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Ad Operations experience in digital display advertising
- Hands-on experience with PMP deals on SSPs or programmatic platforms
- Strong understanding of ad serving ecosystem and campaign lifecycle
- Proficiency in Excel (macros) and SQL; knowledge of DCM, GAM, SSPs
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PMP deal setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.)
- Generate and interpret performance reports for client insights
- Monitor deal health and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns using AI tools
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, and escalation frameworks
