💼 About This Role

You'll support and execute compliance monitoring activities for iBanFirst's Bucharest branch, ensuring a robust framework aligned with local regulations. Your work will directly identify risks and control gaps to maintain regulatory integrity. You'll collaborate with an international team in a fast-growing fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute compliance monitoring controls and document findings
• Analyze monitoring outputs, including KYC and AML alerts
• Prepare monitoring reports and KPI/KRI dashboards
• Support regulatory watch and policy alignment

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in business law, finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of compliance or audit experience with monitoring focus
• Solid understanding of AML/CFT regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with GRC or monitoring tools
• French language skills
• Professional certification (CAMS, ICA)
