You'll support a lead teacher in creating a joyful, safe learning environment for K-8 students. You'll help run small-group instruction and model a positive culture. This role is an active partner in classroom operations.

• Support safe, predictable classroom culture
• Lead literacy and math small group instruction
• Prepare materials and help run interdisciplinary curriculum
• Assist with student supervision during transitions

📋 Requirements

• 1 or more years experience with children
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warm, calm presence with children
• Comfortable assisting with instruction
