Description

As a Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance, handling requests from general education to hardware/software investigation. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues for hospitality customers, working with a global 24x7 team across APAC, EMEA and NOAM.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and/or technical support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Basic experience with common platforms: iOS, Android, OSX, Windows

Responsibilities

  • Provide enthusiastic, positive and knowledgeable customer interactions via phone, chat and email
  • Use troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Document, track and resolve interactions within customer support platforms
  • Assist with identification, reproduction and escalation of product issues to QA team
  • Advocate and promote improvements to products and services
