You'll shape the strategic agenda of Trust Bank and communicate it to key stakeholders. You'll bridge long-term strategy with OKRs, driving alignment across the organization. You'll also support key initiatives as directed by the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer.

• Shape bank-wide strategy and craft strategic agenda

• Prepare high-quality materials for Board meetings

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital or retail banking strategy or management consulting
• Experience in strategy development and strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers/data
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in top-tier management consulting
• Financial modelling expertise
