Description

You will deliver vehicles to customers' doors using a custom car hauler (no commercial license needed), load and unload vehicles, complete customer paperwork, and ensure safe driving. This role is part of Carvana's mission to reinvent the car-buying experience with a focus on customer happiness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (detailing, loading/unloading)
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Must obtain a Notary within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana)
• Available to work 7 days a week with rotating days off

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using a custom car hauler
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Inspect and maintain the car-hauler for safety
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with safety policies
