Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with revenue-impacting product areas
• Proven experience leading experimentation programs and driving measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with product analytics tools and SQL
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy for search in Firefox Desktop across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Lead end-to-end experimentation across search access points and monetization surfaces
• Define success metrics with Data Science and translate insights into actionable decisions
• Partner with Business Development to align product execution with strategic commitments
• Navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue
