Description

You will become a strategic partner to the Founder, helping structure the chaos of rapid scaling and ensuring execution of the company's key goals. This role offers a 360° view of the business with direct involvement in both strategy and operations, working on products that improve lives globally.

Requirements

• Proactivity & ownership mindset
• Analytical ability to work with numbers, understand unit economics and performance marketing
• Experience in fast-paced environments where conditions change weekly
• Strong communication skills to work with diverse teams
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or operational roles in high-growth startups
• English proficiency at B2+ or higher level
• Understanding of P&L, marketing funnels (Meta/Google/TikTok), and core SaaS/D2C metrics
