💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex fraud investigations and drive data-informed decisions to protect Aircall's services. Reporting to the Fraud Operations Manager, you'll be a key escalation point and help shape fraud prevention processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve complex fraud cases with strong analytical judgment
• Handle escalations and make data-backed decisions with clear documentation
• Conduct advanced data analysis using Looker, Datadog, SQL, HEX
• Review KYC/KYB documentation to assess customer risk profiles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate fraud findings clearly

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, or Trust & Safety
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Looker, Datadog, SQL)
• Experience reviewing KYC and KYB documentation
• Experience with ATO detection and response

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the TelCo sector
• Familiarity with telecom fraud vectors (toll fraud, phishing, callback scams)
