🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage move-in/move-out inspections and deposit processes
• Operate Entrata system for customer data and maintenance requests
• Assign work orders and coordinate with maintenance technicians and vendors
• Communicate with tenants to resolve complaints and maintain relationships

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of property management experience with multiple buildings
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
• Ability to visit different properties for inspections
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Student housing experience strongly preferred
• Report writing skills
