Your role involves bridging leadership decisions and team implementation, managing operating cadences, and ensuring projects are completed effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Program Management, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to execute projects from high-level decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Draft and manage team-wide communications and updates
- Drive special sales projects to completion
- Track action items from leadership meetings for progress on OKRs
- Structure weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Conduct research and analysis for sales initiatives
