🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview, hire, and train credentialed veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Oversee support staff, providing coaching and performance management.
• Address interpersonal conflicts and ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate schedules, leave requests, and onboarding activities.

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing a veterinary support staff team.
• Knowledge of credentialed veterinary technician skills and training.
• Ability to interview, hire, and train diverse team members.
• Proficiency in HR operations (payroll, I9s, benefits).

• Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT).
• Experience with urgent care or emergency veterinary medicine.
