💼 About This Role
You'll build and scale Svix's GTM engine to increase revenue and pipeline creation for a high-growth developer infrastructure startup. You'll work closely with the CEO to define ICP, positioning, and marketing strategy, connecting the product to customers that need it. This role offers the opportunity to do your life's work helping build a generation-defining company backed by top investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Generate enterprise leads that convert to customers.
- Generate self-serve leads that convert to customers.
- Own GTM strategy, ICP definition, and positioning.
- Manage analytics and funnels for repeatability.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in growth or marketing for devtools or infrastructure.
- Experience at an early stage startup.
- Deep understanding of backend engineers, APIs, and developer workflows.
- PLG, bottoms-up adoption, and devtools experience.

- Experience capturing developer mindshare through content and community.
- Hacker/OSS background with active open source contributions.
