💼 About This Role

You'll act as the CEO's right hand, owning day-to-day operations and driving overall business performance for a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS company. You'll combine high-level thinking with hands-on execution, leading a distributed team to drive sustainable growth and build a scalable SaaS machine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive revenue growth and EBITDA performance
• Take full P&L ownership within 3–6 months
• Lead and scale a cross-functional remote team
• Optimize key SaaS metrics: MRR, CAC, LTV, churn

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS leadership roles
• Proven track record growing a small SaaS company (<50 people)
• Hands-on experience owning P&L and profitability
• Strong grasp of SaaS economics & subscription models
