You'll act as the liaison between Product Management and Engineering, defining the "how" and "when" for the workforce management SaaS product. Your primary mission is to maximize product value and ensure the squad delivers high-quality software. This role offers 100% remote work with a U.S.-based client.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and prioritize product backlog.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning.
• Collaborate with engineering on delivery timelines.
• Remove impediments blocking squad goals.
